I imagine the goldfish feels quite scared and probably is in a lot of pain due to the extreme conditions in a stomach filled with acid and bile.

For the owner of the stomach I'd think that you would feel a cold, slimey (maybe slightly twitching) lump sliding down your throat into your stomach. I doubt very much that the fish would live for very long in a stomach, as they would be digested rather quickly.

However, if it managed to survive a short while, you may feel a bit of twitching in your tummy as the fish writhes in agony before it dies a miserable death.

Think about how it would feel to be dunked in a vat of very strong acid/alkali and you can guess at how long the fish would be moving.

Of course, this is assuming that you would want to eat a live goldfish.

Having eaten insects before, I can tell you that you cannot feel things like locusts moving in your stomach, even if you manage to swallow them whole. They do tickle your throat, however.

The action of swallowing kind of crushes things up a bit and fish and insects may be tough when you're their size, but - relatively - they're not up to a human's intestinal tract.

Weird question.

Take it this is for a bet, as it's in Gambling as well as Goldfish.

Do everyone a favour and don't eat the fish. Look after it instead and it'll bring you many months of enjoyment.
