How does madara have itachi's eyes when he gives them to Sasuke?

Itachi didn't give his eyes to Sasuke. Itachi died in hand of Sasuke so Sasuke awakened Mangekyo Sharingan. Itachi still had eyes in his corspe when Madara took his body and Madara extracted Itachi's eyes which has now been transplanted to Sasuke recently. Sasuke now will have eternal mangekyo sharingan.

I wouldn't say that Madara likes Sasuke so much. It's Sasuke's sharingan eyes that Madara is after. I guess he wants to take it for himself, maybe to become stronger like he did to his brother whose eyes he took thus gaining the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

no sasuke was weak and madara took him but later in the manga sasuke took itachi's eyes and implanted it in him. When he was able to use his eyes, he will become much stronger than Madara. Now that he is able to do so, Sasuke can learn space time ninjutu as he can mimic it. With the strong uchiha blood , he will not face side effects like kakashi. As i watched an episode, i learned that yamato can use the technique but he wouldn't have been able to hold it. Sasuke can use amaterasu and susanoo without dealing with any effects. Madara is just a plain shell and does't have the ability to use any of the techniques.

Itachi used his ultimate jutsu, Susanoo and blocked all of Sasuke's attacks, even though it came with the cost of killing him. When Sasuke was backed into a wall, Itachi simply tapped Sasuke on the forehead and said, "Sorry Sasuke, there won't be a next time" and dropped to the ground. While waking up, he finds Madara and when he sees Madara's Sharingan, Sasuke immediately uses Amaterasu, unlocking his Mangekyo Sharingan.
