Through the graphic interface. Video cards are graphic interfaces.
The monitor is a passive output device. It displays the video data in the way it is designed to. CRTs display pixel data in a different way than LCD displays do, or LED displays. In any case, the monitor needs a graphic interface to translate the pixel illumination data into a standard video signal.
The function of a computer monitor is to display the results of processed data from the CPU. Touch screen monitors are both input and output devices.
Computer monitor are used to display the results of processed data from the CPU for the user. Touch screen monitors act as both input and output devices.
The primitive data types that can normally be represented and processed by a CPU are an integer, real number, character, Boolean, and memory address
Data is usually processed in the computer's memory.
1) Check light of CPU, if it is blinking or orange -> monitor data cable is failed. 2) If light is constantly ON -> motherboard problem. 3) If light is OFF, -> power cable or socketis gone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
a circuit board The CPU or (central processing unit).
Input is the data entered to the computer using keyboard, mouse, etc. Then it is processed by the Central Processing Unit or CPU and displayed to the OUTPUT (Monitor, Printer, etc.).
IRQ
well that statement isn't entirely true
The CPU is hardware, the "monitor program" is software that runs on the CPU. They are very different things having different and incompatible implementations.
IRQ
Not just for HP pavillions, but for any computer, an output device is a device that displays or transmits data once it has been processed by the CPU. ie: Printers, Copiers, Speakers, The monitor etc...
