The fact that you usually like ok here is your "schedule" * wake up * shower * get dressed * eat breakfast/drink coffee * smoke * go to work * eat lunch * smoke * go home * eat * smoke ect... So you associate Smoking with everything good, your coffee, your food, ect. so your brain makes you want a cigorette everytime after you eat, drink coffee, and if you are quitting, then it makes it hard because it is in your schedule. (don't ask how a 13 year old knows this)
