Nutrition, as in vitamins and other things, help us stay healthy by making our bones and our muscles stronger, and keeping your heart at a good pace. But nutrition alone won't keep us healthy, we need to exercise, and stay outside a lot (the sun gives off a lot of vitamin D)!
