Being hydrated just means you have plenty of water in your body. You can become hyper-hydrated which means you've taken in too much water and your bodies electrolytes become too dillute for normal body chemistry to work.

Otherwise there are plenty of ways to die while perfectly hydrated... heart attack, gunshot, blunt force trauma, old age... etc
