Check under the hood for any "fusible links" that may have blown.
You will need a pretty good scan tool and you cant disable it you can only increase the limit. I wouldn't do this or you will run a better chance of blowing up your engine.

I know that the 1996 grand Cherokee limited has a limit switch. It is designed to stop the window motor to protect the gears, etc. Onlhy thing, I can't find any reference to where it actually is. I suspect at the top of the regulator ride. I can't see it. And mine is bad on one window. Check Chrystler references as well.
A time limit as in parental controls you would have to login to your account on battle.net and disable it however there might be a password that your parent put on there in the first place to keep it active
