The best way would be to download another av - hopefully one that will run in safe mode. install it, update it, set the folder view options to show hidden, and system. Set hide protected files to no - then reboot in safe mode, double check all the above settings and run the scanner. It should find everything and remove it - save the damn WinAntivirusPro program. After, be sure to set your show hidden and o/s files back to no. and reboot, run another scan to be safe and you should be all set. You might want to uninstall the a/v program after, or you might want to keep it and uninstall Norton.
