Changing devices or phones shouldn't change your email address unless you are also changing providers and that is the only place you get your email from. For instance, if you use a free Gmail or Yahoo or Hotmail address, that will stay the same no matter what device you use. But if you have a Verizon email account and you start using Sprint, then you might need to get a new address. Either way, you will still need to set up your account again on a new device unless the guys at the store where you got your device do it for you. Sometimes they can port everything over easily if you had a similar device before.
