It makes a seed

Edited answer:

In nature, pollen does not get into ovary, rather it land on the stigma and their it allowed to germinate to send pollen tube to the ovary only if it is compatible. Otherwise it is rejected by the stigmatic cells and withers away.

What part ofthe flower does the stigma the style and ovary make?

the pistil

What happens when pollen grains land on the stigma of a flower of a different kind?

It depends. If the pollen that the plat came from is part of the other plant's family, then it is crossbred. However, if not, the pollen will not travel down through the other plant's stigma. Such as a white and red rose will make either a pink or a red rose.

How do gymnosperms and angiosperms reproduce?

Gymnosperms are seed-bearing plants that don't produce flowers, instead they have male and female reproductive organs mostly in the form of cones. Their microsporophylls release pollen into the air to make available to the ovule, in the megasporophylls causing fertilization. Their seeds develop without a protective covering of ovary wall. Conifers (like pines, redwoods, and fir), gingkoes, seed ferns, cycadeoids, and cycads are gymnosperms.Angiosperms have to undergo a process called pollination before they can reproduce. Angiosperms have male sex organs called stamens. On the end of the stamen is the anther. This is where pollen is made. The pollen has to be taken to the pistil or the female part of the flower. The pollen is left on the stigma at the end of the pistil. The stigma carries the pollen down a tube called the style to the ovary. this paper was made by tahze.v

How does fertilization in plants take place?

the pollen grains after landing on the stigma germinate to send out pollen tubes through which the male gametes reach near the egg cell of embryo sac in the ovule to fuse with. this fusion of male and female gametes (egg cell) is called fertilization.

Why doesva flower have so many pollen grains than ovules?

flowers produce more pollen grains because the anther makes the pollen it then the stigma collects pollen and the petals of flowers atract insects or birds.

What does the ovary do to help a flower to make seeds?

Pollen goes down the pollen tubes from the stigma in the ovary are ovules. where the pollen fertilizes the ovules. afterward seeds are formed when the fruit is produced

What does the stigma do to help make the seeds?

it lets the pollen through it so it can go to the ovary

what is needed for a flower to make eggs?

In most cases, pollen of a different flower of the same species. Pollen must enter the stigma, where it falls down the style to meet the ovary, which it fertilizes. However, some plants (such as ferns and moss) use spores instead.Flowers make the ovary before blooming on there own, similar to how women are born with eggs in their ovaries.

What part of a flower becomes the seed?

Angiosperms are FLOWERING PLANTS. The flower is the reproductive organ of an angiosperm. The female reproductive organ of a flower is the PISTIL. Three parts make the PISTIL: The stigma, the style and the ovary. The stigma is the sticky tip of the pistil. The style connects the stigma to the ovary. The ovary contains one or more ovules. Pollination occurs soon after a grain of pollen lands on the sticky stigma. The pollen produces a tube that grows through the style and into the ovule (remember that one or more ovules are inside the OVARY). A sperm cell is released from the tube to fertilize the egg cell in the ovule. The result is a SEED that may eventually become a new plant. So the seed develops inside the OVULE.
