They gotta take time off and pray their obligatory prayer. Praying on time is dear to Allah.

Allah does not take the test nor do the course work for them - the person (young or old) in school or any kind of training does at school and work. No schedule for any type of testing or learning activity should be altered to allow this type of religious activity if it affects others or others of different faiths are involved. No special treatment as to different times or extension of a set time period should be given or allowed if others of different faiths are to be involved in the same activity. No special locations should be provided to perform this activity. No other person should be allowed to disrupt or comment about such activity if the activity is performed in a reasonable, non disruptive location in a private or public nature. This is not a special needs person - it is a person that is held mentally captive and has been brained washed in a way meant to inflict discomfort and hardship on others in the name of some religious figure that has been interpreted by another person. No demonstration or support of school officials on public property - means just that as ruled by the SS Supreme Court. (SS in this case could mean several things like Simply Stupid, Social Sensitive, etc.) To provide special times, changes, places, etc. by such officials to perform prayers for such religious purposes is against the law.

Assuming that you are referring to the five required daily prayers, it's better to pray properly in between lessons. Explain this to the teacher or administration of the school. If parents visit the school and explain the situation, the school will almost always cooperate in setting up a plan for the prayers of a Muslim students. In addition to the above, prayer times are extended from the prayer start time until before the next prayer time. This may provide some flexibility per God mercy.

What did Islam use to pray?

First of all, Muslims have some duties to do toward God, worshiping Him everyday is what Muslims do, Muslims pray 5 times a day, 1 prayer at the dawn time and one prayer at noonday, and another one is called Asr prayer which comes after noonday prayer in few hours, and one prayer when the sun goes down ( sunset ) and the final one is after the sunset prayer in few hours. P.S: Muslims pray to their God, worshiping only Him, they don\'t worship the sun or moon or anything else, only God, and please know that prayers usually don\'t take more than 5 minutes each, which Muslims believe it\'s a very short time to worship God so Muslims do other prayers that Muhammad used to pray, so they can get closer to God, but any other prayer else the 5 prayers in the beginning is considered optional :)
