How does shiny Pokemon work with any Pokemon with pokeballs?
According to www.Serebii.net theres like a 1 and 8,000 chance of getting a shiny with any Pokemon so with that, you can try 8,000 times but not a definite your going to get a shiny, I found a shiny pidgey but sadly in Soul Silver it takes forever to learn how to throw pokeballs! :P But in Soul Silver you will get a chance to take on and battle or catch a shiny red garagous…
If you breed a Shiny ditto with a non shiny Pokemon will the egg be shiny or not in Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver?
In the second generation, you had a 50% chance of getting a shiny Pokemon this way, but in the 3rd generation onwards, chances were decreased and you did not have a better chance of getting a shiny Pokemon by using this method. Additionally, you won't know if the baby Pokemon will be shiny until it hatches because eggs containing shiny Pokemon do not look any different from eggs that contain non-shiny Pokemon.
Yes, it does. If you have a foreign-language Pokemon (to your game, so if you were using an English version any other language would work, if you were using spanish any other language would work, etc) and any other Pokemon, and the pairing is breedable, then the chances of getting a shiny are lowered drastically.
