How do I disable ( turn off) the page overview feature on my LG Dare browser. I can't find anything on my browser menu to do that. Thank You.
If you want to get rid of the banner, use your browser options to block: meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:BannerLoader* The above worked for me as of November 21, 2010. Also, you can click the X in the upper-right corner of the banner ad, though that is only temporary as it doesn't persist between browser sessions.
Go to View in your browser and select Zoom out. That's how I do it on a Mac.
Click on OK and then close the browser tab or window.
It drops the banner somewhere off the runway (in the grass) before landing normally.
