It seems that it would be easy if you eat well and stay away from junk food. Coffee, tea and cocoa, contain sulfur as do Brussels sprouts, cabbage and watercress, kale, asparagus, sweet potatoes, leeks, peas, chives, avocados, cauliflower and tomatoes. Everyone's favorite broccoli and additional vegetables in the same family, including mustard greens are high in sulfur. Dairy food and cheese and fruits like coconut, bananas, pineapple and watermelon as well. Nuts are sulfur rich as well as the yolk of eggs.
