Sunrise and sunset occur at different times for locations at different longitudes on Earth. This is because the curved shape of the Earth causes the Sun to be visible from some places while it is still below the horizon for others. This phenomenon is only possible on a spherical Earth and cannot be explained on a flat Earth model.

Not a lot of people know this because they're not normally up at dawn, the calmest time of the day, but one day, get up at dawn and go outside, and see how windy it is, then go out again at 3:00 in the afternoon. Write down the differences. Do this enough times to make it a fair test, although there are probably on average only 6 days each year where dawn is windier than 3:00 in the afternoon.
