Tennis is one of the best sports for total body workouts! Tennis helps your bones by keeping them nice and strong because having a good workout promotes better health and stronger bone functions! Tennis is also great for the heart, your arms, your legs, your flexibility (range of motion), your abs, and even your mind! It is proven that people whom place tennis on a regular basis have a higher self -esteem, handle stress bettter, and are more optimistic. Of course with any workout on a regular basis the body will release serotonin (found in the brain) that helps relax your mind and body. It also compliments the positive feelings rather than negative feelings that may be lurking in your head.
