You can use google translator.
type in 'Google translator' in Google.com and then go onto the first link. change the from bit to English and the to bit to french.
go to Google translator, type that in, and change it English to Spanish
go to Google translator change the language search what ever you what click on the link and then change the language back to English
You have to have files from original CD to change the interface language.
actualy there is no such effective way to use english interface to ppstream.so it's of no use to seach this.but i hope it would be developed in future!Language changes in programs like PPStream can be found under set up options. For programs where this is not available, downloading a translator program and opening up the desired program within the translator will accomplish the goal.
Usually an unknown way to get around a filter is to use the language translator in google. When you get to the website in the language, find the language code which would be fr-french de-german and change it to en-english
