The Linden Method is a solution you should consider. It was very useful in treating my father and is a non drugs based solution.
The basis of the technique is an understanding of the brain and how it works. Different parts of the brain do different things. One part in particular is responsible for anxiety, called the amygdale. It is a part of the brain which tells the rest of our brain when to be afraid and triggers the "fight or flight" response.
In a healthy brain, the amygdala heightens our senses and allows us to flee from danger, avoid an attack, or gives us the energy to fend off a predator. But in an Anxiety suffer their amygdala is always "on", leading to the brain providing fight or flight signals all the time This causes the anxiety, panic attacks and feeling of being on edge. This can cause serious long-term health problems because of the adrenaline that is constantly being pumped out of the brain.
The Linden Method re-trains your brain to behave like a normal healthy brain, stopping the problem. This is done through cognitive behavioral therapy. This actually changes your brain physically using techniques that change the way that you think. This process is called neuroplasticity.

The best thing in a work place for someone with an anxiety disorder is actually a paper bag just bring a paper bag from home like the ones teens use for there lunch if you have an anxiety attack breath into the bag slowly and after 10 min you will have calm down and the attack will have passed this is the method i use
