All US citizens have representation in the US government.
The government is building a fence on the border of Mexico and there is an immigration bill, but most of all, they arent really doing anything to control it
(in the US) There are no branches of local government which deal with, or are responsible for, this activity. Immigration and its regulation is totally under the control and authority of the federal government.
The role of the US government regarding immigration is to establish and enforce immigration laws and policies, including border control and determining who is eligible for entry into the country. The government oversees the processing of visas and immigration applications, as well as the enforcement of deportation and removal proceedings for individuals who violate immigration laws.
yes they hv required the entry permission at Mexican immigration.
Technically, no: in theory, the Mexican Government should have captured him and extradited him into the U.S. However, Mexico was in the middle of its Mexican Revolution (1910 - 1921) and couldn't capture Villa, nor could it respond to such territorial transgression.
This Mexican law changed US immigration to Texas (then a Mexican state) and directly led to the Texas Revolution and ultimately the creation of the Republic of Texas.
Don't the American people understand that the Mexican labor that is pouring into the US is the result of US economic policies like NAFTA? Do American wish to continue to ignore the fact that Mexican labor has become VITAL source of cheap exploitable labor force within the US, and are thus in a vulnerable position? We need to educate ourselves on the reasons of immigration, instead of criminalizing this population.
