take the pump out of the trunk just pull hard it is a little snug twist off valve stem cap then turn on vehicle unwrap and plug the black plug in with silver tabs into the cig lighter 12v ( located middle towards the bottom of dash) 1. if you think the tire needs sealant to plug a puncture ,attach the yellow tipped clear hose into first turn the black (circle) knob to the flat tire icon with a pin sticking out of it press the power button on , then 2attach the black hose to flat tire and screw on 3. make sure that the black (circle) knob is switched to air pump icon and turn the power button on and fill with air pressure 4 if just air is needed just do steps 2 & 3
