How does the book Peter and the Shadow Thieves end?

Then, Sissy gets her proper burial in which she asked for to rest in peace. Sissy really does rest in peace- because she begins to disappear when she says her last goodbyes to Ali and Emma. And then, at the very end, Emma and Ali put the flowers on Teresa's grave and start for home.
