1) Emotions are a subset of the brain's function . not something separate.
2)Blood pressure is controlled basically by the tension of the terminal arterioles (the last vessels before the capillaries.
2A) the tension is controlled two ways :
autonomic nerve output
hormones
both of which are controlled by the brain.
Note that the hormones can (and do) change your emotions.
Your brain controls your temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. It can also help you feel emotions, store memories and even help you stand up straight.

From eurekalert:When blood pressure increases the kidneys respond by extracting extra water and salts into the urine, causing blood volume -- and hence pressure -- to fall. But special nerve pathways mean the brain can also regulate urine production and hence influence blood pressure. So, no one organ regulates blood pressure.
High blood pressure can damage your heart, eyes, kidneys, blood vessels and brain
Heart Brain Blood Emotions Skin/Hair
It is the brain that controls our emotions, not the heart. The heart pumps blood while the brain do the thinking. When you love someone, you do a lot of thinking towards that person and it has nothing to do with blood circulation. When you hate someone, it's brain work when you think of how to revenge and its not the nervous symstem that analysis events. All emotions can be controlled by the brain by being optemistic, undercontrol, or by simply ignoring the situation. It's only the brain that can do that, not the heart.
The part of the brain stem that controls heartbeat and breathing is called the medulla.
unusually high blood pressure in your brain
When there's brain injury, the brain will swell, and the blood vessels will leak. which causes increase in the blood and cerebral blood flow to the brain, but as the brain is accommodated inside the skull and it can't be expanded, this will increase the pressure inside, the intracranial pressure, which will interfere with the blood flow to the brain, decreasing it and causing loss of consciousness
Brain blood lines burst
I don't see why not.. THC mostly effects brain cells in the diencephalon and the neuro-endocrinology, basically the hormones released by the brain in order to regulate sleep, hunger, emotions ect.. are disrupted and become random. Blood pressure increases by approx 50% which is the effectivly what the adrenal glands do.. but all together the effects of smoking have undirect effects on this gland so you should be all clear to smoke the herb :)
