Hi All, Actually hypothalamus is the part of brain that contains nuclie with varity of functions. So some of the functions are being controlled by this, but not all. Yes true that it controls the sensation upto a limit.
"Color" is the sensation that a light produces in your eye and your brain. Ultraviolet light is not detected by your eye, so there's no such thing as its color.
Their most important use is allowing us to see. Light waves react with chemicals in our eyes, which send signals to the brain, which creates the sensation of sight.
Because they each reflect the portions of light that when striking the retina of our eyes, cause the sensation that we perceive as green in our brain.
When light from an object enters our eyes,it will pass through the pupil and stimulates trhe light sensitive cell on retina.The stimulis are then sent to the brain through opitical nerve.The brain interprets the stimuli and form the sensation of seeing things
It is the first of the twelve cranial nerve. The name of this nerve is olfactory. It carries the sensation of smell to the brain.
Sensation is the process by which our senses gather information and send it to the brain.
