Depends on which engine it has. With the Caterpillar diesel, there won't be a crossover between the tanks (if it has multiple tanks)... the Cats used the HEUI injectors, and more fuel than what was used to propel the vehicle was drawn... the extra fuel was used for cooling and lubrication of injector components, then returned to the fuel tanks via the return line.
The fuel pump reset switch is on the driver's side kick panel.
