It increaces it's accuracy because it stuck it's big fat cylinder in the tiny hole it caught all of the juice that wouldn't usually catch the bottle
As far as i know, the accuracy varies between 0.01 mm and 0.001 mm depending on the type of micrometer. The ones that measure to 0.001mm are the ones with vernier scales on the sleeve.
A wide-mouthed funnel and a cylindrical container are used in making an instrument called a rain gauge. In one method of cloud seeding, silver-iodide crystals are used as freezing nuclei.
Temperature Variation - This can be one of the major causes of error in a strain gauge. It can easily change the gauge resistance and cause differential expansion between the gauge and the test piece, causing variation in the measurable strain.Humidity - Humidity can affect the accuracy by the breakdown of insulation between the gauge and the ground point. It also causes electro-chemical corrosion of gauge wire due to electrolysis.Small errors could be caused due to thermoelectric effect. The gauge will be erroneous even due to small factors like zero drift, hysteresis effect and so on.Magnetostrictive effect can also cause errors in strain gauges of ferromagnetic materials. It produces a small voltage fluctuation of almost 2 mill volts.
Vernier caliper has an accuracy of 0.01 cm. But screw gauge has still more. It will be able to give even 0.001 cm. So even third decimal could be got accurately when we use screw gauge instead vernier caliper.
A typical micrometer screw gauge has a maximum accuracy of ±0.005 mm (0.01 mm readings) whereas a vernier caliper has a typical maximum accuracy of ±0.05 mm (0.1 mm readings). Of course, different versions might have better or worse accuracy. They are also used differently because of their different shapes and forms.

Millimeters or inches
No. Such a strategy may improve the resolution, but the features affecting accuracy would not be changed.Features such as heat, torque/pressure on the gauge, dust, damage, time since last re-calibration etc.
a 12 gauge shotgun can shoot about 30 yards accuracy
The funnel increases the area of catchment and makes the reading more accurate by increasing the volume of rain collected. Rainfall statistics must be standardised by specifying the mouth diameter of the funnel if the reading is to have any value.

It is made up of the, funnel, measuring cylinder, beaker and a copper cylinder.
These are corrugated to increase the sensitivity of the pressure gauge.
they use a rain gauge and measure the rainfall
If the meter is not calibrated, the measurements may be very wrong.
There is no drive gauge in KH1. Ventusisawesome@khmail.com
