Miaka uses her last wish to put Tokyo back to normal, even though she loses Tamahome. Miaka is rejected from Jonan, but accepted at Yotsubadai, with Yui!
When Keiske picks her up from school he introduces a new student at his school...it's Tamahome!
However this Tamahome can't remember what happens inside the universe of the four gods, and he goes by the name of Taka.
In the final volumes (Part 2) the celestial warriors try to collect the beads of Taka's memories of the other celestial warriors, and of Miaka.
In the Fushigi Yugi series, the story concludes with Miaka successfully returning to the real world after completing her journey in the Universe of the Four Gods. The final confrontation occurs with the main antagonist, Nakago, and with the help of her friends and Tamahome, she is able to return safely.

All the Fushigi Yugi currently out is all that will be coming out. I'm pretty sure about this since it's development ended several years ago, and there isn't more to the story in the manga either. In all there are two box sets, but I don't think they can be counted as separate seasons. Then there are two OVAs and the final OVA which closes out the story.
The fourth episode of the second ova, I believe.
Sailor Moon is similar, and so is Fruits Basket. You might also like Gakuen Alice. All three have magic, and the first two have characters that transform.
Yugi defeats Kaiba near the end of the Battle City arc, and claims his Obelisk card in episode 135 of the Duel Monsters series.
