The Sansa shake works simply by pressing the play pause button and then you shake it to skip to the next song. It makes a sound when you do this it also makes a sound effect when you hold play for a few seconds to power on. You can also skip to the next track by rotating the bottom part like you would a pepper mill. It comes with a 1gb sd card. Two headphone jacks, and has a small built in speaker.

use the rhapsody music download, that came with the sansa. Put a music CD into the disk drive, and hit rip disk on the rhapsody music download. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOG IN, just hit X on the login screen, plug in your sansa e250 via the usb port, and just drag songs from "My Library" to "Sansa e250"

To put movies on your Sansa e200 you will need a USB cord. You attach one end to your Sansa and the other end to your computer via the USB port. Then you would go to My Computer and click on Sansa to open it up. Go to the file where your movies are and right click it to copy. Then go to the Sansa folder and hit Ctrl V to paste them to your Sansa Folder. After you have the movies you want, right click on Sansa and select safely remove hardware to disconnect the Sansa from your computer.
