All US Military medals (and ribbons) are displayed on the uniform using the "Order of Precedence". The first ribbon on the top row is for the highest, followed by the second highest and so on. Just type in for a websearch something like: US Military Awards Order of Precedence, and your question(s) will be answered.
A military deployment order is just a letter sent to a marine or a soldier stating that he has to go to warfare. They give details of the place to be posted and the place to report to.

No, there is not a Marine Corps Academy. Midshipmen at the US Naval Academy may elect to go to the Navy or the Marine Corps. They will receive a commission in the appropriate service upon graduation.
they can get caught by the cops and sent back to Mexico faster!!! :) The marine corps are part of the military and they have legal benefits in the U.S and are allowed to live in the U.S. An illegal immigrant is someone who is illegally allowed to live in any country or someone who has entered any country without confirmation from proper authorities. There are no benefits to joining the marine corps for a illegal immigrant because in order to join the marine corps you need to register and you need to show them a LEGAL U.S passport that identifies that you are allowed to be in the U.S. Illegal immigrants are illegal in any country because they do not have a passport. So if you were to go over to the marine corps and attempt to register they would realize that you are an illegal immigrant because you do not have a passport and then you would be sent back to whatever country you came from or you would be put in jail or a consequential illegal immigration center for a certain period of time until you are released and sent back to your country.
For dress uniforms, medals always go on the left breast, ribbons on the right breast.

Assuming you went to college if you go enlisted your credits will earn you PFC Private first class E2 or if you want to go in as an officer you'll be an O1 second lieutenant the Marine corp doesn't have surgeons we use corpsman from the navy i don't know what you'll get for rank going to them best bet would be call a navy recruiter or go in the marines as an officer
During the time in the Naval Academy, individuals have the opportunity to choose whether they want to go Navy or Marine Corps. Once they receive their commission in the appropriate service, they will get orders to school. Graduates can get order to flight school.
It's kind of a joke, really. If you've gone through basic training of any kind, you are good to go.
