Due to the high cost of repeated offenders most states try to give juvenile offenders vocational and employment training. These programs have proven to produce at least 50% success rate for these young offenders which makes us wonder if rehabilitation is really worth it or not.

it takes many years to become a juvenile delinquent officer because you have to work hard for it and then you have to dedicate yourself completely to it and work with full enthusiasm.
Most employers cannot check a juvenile record- they are more "protected" than adult records. Some jobs that require a security clearance, work in child care, work with explosives and firearms MAY check juvenile records.
