The 'white stuff' must be a discharge (I white liquidly/flakey mertiral in you underpants nearly everyday) If you have started your monthly period, that could be the white stuff, if you are not on your period, then it must be something else, if you have had sexual intercourse with a man, the itch in your virgina could be 'crabs'. Crabs is nothing serious. Or it could be the simple puberty kicking in ;). If my answer did not help you out, you should go and see your doctor. i don't think its a sexual disiese because i had that and i havent has sex you may have to buy creem from the drs :D that's what i did :D
