Try deodorant stones which naturally inhibit bacteria. They are clear, chemical-free, and very effective. Sorry can't help with deodorant removal from clothing - only how to prevent it in the first place.
Try rubbing it off with water, if it doesnt get off, laundry it.
I suggest washing in hot water with a stain remover such as OxiClean. Toothpaste is water soluble, so it should come out unless you accidentally got it onto a dry clean only item.

Toothpaste is not the best cleaner for fabric stains. It is more of an abrasive cleaner. It doesn't do much for actually breaking up the stain.

Because toothpaste has to be safe to put in your mouth, it's also fairly safe for fabrics. You should be able to rinse it out, or just wash the clothing as you normally would. If you have an intense whitening toothpaste and it has whitened your clothes, that will not come out because it is missing some of the original dye.
Oil and grease stains are tough to remove from clothes because they resist water. The water in a washing machine works around the stain. Detergent makes it possible to remove oil and grease stains.
