It would have a great impact, since the workforce generally is richly varied with people from all different cultures. Someone who is xenophobic are afraid of people they consider different, or foriegners. Unless the person works at home, and is not aroud anyone else, this would definitely effect their livlihood.

being? why am i not being treated like one?"

- it has a mobility impact, freedom of association are compromised. people are not

feeling free to walk" the streets freely".

- it sometimes triggers feelings of xenophobia from good upstanding citizen who have not previously given it much thought, where also young children and youth are swept up in the idea that people from a certain country are not allowed in other countries.
