Water loss out the bottom of the engine on a Fiat Punto is an indication of a leaking radiator, radiator hose, or engine block. Most repairs are relatively easy, but the block is a severe issue.
Punto head gasket change is quite an easy job to do. It is almost impossible to give step by step instructions on these pages. The best that I could suggest, is for you to get a Haynes manual for the Punto this will show the exact procedure to follow.

Check brake switch on the brake pedal it may be stuck or broken. sometimes a little wonder juice ( WD40 ) will make it behave. An easy check would be to jump across the two wires and if the lights come on its a bad switch.
