Engines can become more efficient by refining the processes that operate the engine, better fuel/air mixtures, better power transfer, alternate fuels
9 to 13 LBS. no less and no more.
The Power Plus MPG fuel additive is actually an engine cleaner. A cleaner engine will burn less fuel, but it is not known whether a 40% increase in miles per gallon is really possible.
No it dosent but fix it ir replace because the air and fuel ration is the key to cumbustion and a faulty turbo is less air/oxygen to the fuel which means your engine wont properly burn the fuel which means you can mess up your engine bad
No they do not, After engine is running there is no need for glow plugs because there is enough heat in the cylinders to warm the fuel. The glow plugs are designed to heat up the cold diesel fuel on start up only. Actually glow plugs will cycle briefly after engine start up to keep the cold fuel from bringing down cyl temp until the engine warms up. A power stroke will keep glow plugs on for up to 180 sec. A chev will run considerably less I believe.
you need at least 50 psi to run and 55 or so to keep it running thats with cpi engine the others use less pressure and a different fuel pump....
To restore the optimum ratio of fuel (gas) to air. At the optimum ratio, the fuel will burn the most efficiently, and hence giving more power at the wheels (for the same fuel used, or less fuel used for the same power)
Pumps fuel from the fuel tank up to the engine.
fuel filter is located near engine. access it from under passenger side door. its right where fuel line curves up toward engine. fuel filter is located near engine. access it from under passenger side door. its right where fuel line curves up toward engine.

It is bleeding down---- Leaking fuel out of the fuel bowl and flooding the engine. In other words fowling the spark plugs out. When a engine is cold it needs more fuel to start. But when a engine is hot it needs less fuel to start. You need to make sure the choke plate is opening all the way up when engine is hot and it should stay open until engine cools off. If it is closed when engine is hot that will also flood the engine and it will not start. If choke is working then REBUILD carburetor.
It will get stoped up and the engine won't run. Most of the time a stoped up fuel filter is what burns the fuel pump up.
The 350's from 1987 up are fuel injected.
