Felonies are a sort of forever thing. They will remain on your criminal record for life, unless expunged.
There is no limit set by law on how far back a prospective employer can look into your criminal history - EXCEPT - a civilian employer cannot access your juvenile record.
Some states have rules about the length of the employers "look-back" but in reality, the information is out there as a public record, and they can research your adult record for as far back as they wish.
No way of telling - each employer can be different - they can go back as far as they want.
As far as they wish, excludindg your juvenile record, of course.

Background checks can go back as far as the employer wishes to look into your history - this is ESPECIALLY true for "positions of trust" or that require that the prospective employee be insured, or bonded, or possess some kind of security clearance.

Felonies are a part of your permanent record and can therefore be seen on your criminal history forever. The only way to have it remove is by having it expunged through the court that handed down the decision.
