Normal recommendations are to contact all partners from the last 60 days.
I would suggest tracking as far back as your last serious partner, but it may not be necessary to contact them. If there have been several flings or so then I think it would be responsible of you to contact them.

What should you do if you think you have chlamydia?

If you think you have chlamydia, go to your local health department, family planning center, primary care provider, or urgent care to be checked. If you have chlamydia, you need to be treated to get rid of the bacteria. You should get testing and treatment as soon as possible. Until you get these results, you should avoid oral, anal and vaginal sex, and genital-genital contact. Don't even do these things with a condom until you've been tested.

How can you make chlamydia more comfortable for yourself before getting test results back?

In the US, a person exposed to chlamydia who has symptoms typically gets presumptive treatment pending test results. Contact your health care provider to find out if you should start treatment now. Comfort measures depend on the symptoms you're experiencing, and your health care provider can give advice specific to your situation.

How do you find out if a girls been with multiple partners?

There is no way you can tell if a young woman has been with multiple partners unless she chooses to tell you. If a man loves a woman and she loves him back that is what is important and the past (as far as how many other partners each has slept) with should have no bearing on their relationship. You might ask yourself this one ... 'how many partners have you been with?'

How long does a urine sample take to tell if you have chlamydia?

It depends on the type of test your health care provider uses. Call them for advice specific to your situation. The CDC does not recommend routine testing after chlamydia. You may get a false positive if you get tested within weeks of treatment, due to the technology used for the test. Ask your health care provider for advice specific to the type of test they use.
