I'm guessing that you want to be able to turn off the daytime running lights on your car. As far as I know, there is no such switch on the Sunfire. The daytime running lights are on whenever the car is running and is in gear.

Possibly the switch is turned down too far, or the fuse is blown, or there is a short circuit somewhere. I had the same problem a while back. It probably is a blown fuse, the fuse box is located on driver side of car, under the steering column just to the left.
