yes, the Delaware River/Bay and Atlantic Ocean (south of Cape Henlopen) to the East... the western and southern borders blend into MD and the northern border blends into PA... these latter boundaries are more or less arbitrary survey lines, not based on natural boundaries
From mid-town Manhattan in New York City . . . -- 100 miles north puts you about 1 mile southeast of Lawrenceville NY. -- 100 miles west is a place about 4 miles west of Andreas PA. -- 100 miles south and you're in the Atlantic Ocean, about 24 miles east of Atlantic City NJ. -- 100 miles east, and you're still farther out in the Atlantic Ocean, about 16 miles offshore south of the beach at Amagansett, Long Island, and ... need I say it ? ... about 100 miles east of New York City.

It can travel several hundreds of miles, but it won't drop a lot of snow so far unless it is forced upwards by mountains (southwestern PA gets a lot of snow this way). Technically, PA does not border the Atlantic Ocean. This does not mean that you couldn't put your boat in the water and end up in the Atlantic though. South Eastern PA borders the Delaware River, which empties into the Delaware Bay which ultimately empties into the Atlantic Ocean.

The closest ocean beach to Pennsylvania depends on what part of Pennsylvania you are in. If you are in northeastern PA, the closest may be the beaches of the New Jersey Shore. From the southeast part of PA, the closest ocean beach may be in Delaware or Maryland. Pennsylvania has a Lake Erie coastline, and there are probably some beaches there, although that is a big lake rather than an ocean.
