The best option is to get a train to Piccadilly from the Airport train station and then get the metro from Piccadilly metro station (which is built in to Piccadilly rail station) to Old Trafford metro station. The tram you catch needs to be going to Altrincham. The stadium is a short walk and should be visible once exiting the metro.

The problem here is that Montmartre (the hill itself) doesn't have a metro station. You need to walk down the hill to ANVERS. Then 2 stops on line 2 direction NATION brings you to LA CHAPELLE, from which station a moving pavement takes you through a tunnel to Gare du Nord. Actually, it's probably simpler to walk the whole way!
The Fairmont Dubai is located in the country United Arab Emirates. As the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, it's a short walk from all of the sights in the area.
Nearest is Anvers, but that's still 500 feet below the top of the hill. Luckily, if you walk up the Rue de Steinkerque 100 yards, you'll come to the funicular railway. A trip on that costs one metro ticket.
