As a cheerleader there is low limit to how far you go down. If u stretch and practice it everyday then u will be on your way to your splits.

well if u wanna do the splits all the way to the ground first off go as far as u can till it starts to hurt thenn when u get there hold that for 30 seconds like count 1 gymnastics 2 gymnastics then when ur done slide down a little more and keep doing it over and over agin till ur fully on the ground

Well box splits are a Lot harder than side splits, box splits is about the stretching in your thighs and your muscles, to do this you must stretch a Lot and go down in box splits as far as you can and sit in it for 10seconds this may occur each day/night you do it. Or.. Only stretch your legs try lifting your legs as high as you can, maybe start gymnastics and learn from them. You can't do box splits, I mean learn to do them, it's how flexible and supple you are... Hope I helped

as far as i know it controls it and splits it in two to make living things grow
1.start by sitting down into a "V" Spread them out as far as you can, reach out, If it's painful keep going, that's a good thing! Keep going. It is supposed to target your inner thighs, so if you feel pain there that means your getting a good stretch. 2.Stand up, spread your legs, and reach down. Make your palms lay flat on the ground. (feel the burn) 3.Keep your legs spread and squat down as far as you can. 4.Keeping your legs straight start to slide down as far as you can hold it there for about 1 minute. 5.next do a butterfly, bring your legs as far in as you can, and press your knees into the ground. hold there for about 30 seconds. 6.lay flat on your back, grab your foot and bring your leg back, try to make your nose touch your knee. Try to go into the middle splits again. Repeat about 5 times a day, until goal is reached. 7.Additional note. When you finally get into the middle splits, don't quite stretching, try more and different stretches! Venture out. If you get into the middle splits and you quite stretching all of a sudden, your middle splits won't stay. They will run away. Hope that helps!!!!!!!!
