All Geo Metros have a top marked speed of 85 Mph. However you can get them up to around 90 to 95 Mph if you push it. Dont push it as you can warp the aluminum head gasket that Geos have and then you'll need a new motor.

The answer for the header is no. Geo Storms, Geo Metros and Geo Prisms were manufactured by 3 different companies. Storms were rebadged Isuzu Impulses ...
