My answer is that space probes go 5,075 mph, when launched from Earth. Hope I helped you find your answer.
Space probes are not piloted. Probes are launched to places that are months or years away in travel time. A pilot would require too much food, air, and water.
No space probes have visited earth as all space probes have originated on earth and therefore cannot 'visit' because earth is it's home.
Most Space Probes never come back, the Space Probe Voyager 1 has traveled so far that it is out of our solar system. It was launched in the 1970s.
NASA gets it's space probes back to earth by computer commands. However. most space probes are not designed for re-entry and remain in space to continuously monitor planets and such.
They are made out of technology and they have cameras to take pictures of the planet. There are 2 types of probes a space probe wicth flys around the planet and takes pictures and planet probes or planet rovers. But they have no people living on the probes.
The Earth.

It's not that I don't want to answer this question, it's that it's scope is beyond Answers.com. There have been scores of space probes sent into space (taking all nations into consideration). Your best bet is to research "space probes launched from earth". Allow yourself a couple of hours to read it all.
Space probes leave Earth, they do not go toit.
Only the ones we have launched.
Statellites and space probes are orbits that go around the Earth. This is to get data.

Indefinitely - unless it's acted on by gravity ! Take the voyager probes for example - they're still travelling out of our solar system years after they were launched.
