Well the speedometer usually reads about 80 to 85 on some models but on others it reads about 100 but I'm sure you can get one up to about 120 or 130. There more about power than speed.

My 1994 Trans Am does, it will go up to 110. I found out that the top speed of a 1994 Firebird or Trans Am is 156 mph.
The 1998 Pontiac 2.2 5 speed has a top end of 110 mph.

You can't. Carfax doesn't go back that far. Carfax is a joke anyway. Very few shops actually report to carfax and any work done by the owner isn't reported either.
