1ghz is faster then 600 mhz
Edit- Not really.
A 1GHz processor cycles through instructions faster, but take this for thought.
What if you have Processor 1, which is at 1GHz but does 2 operations per cycle. This processor has a small L1 Cache and a high cache miss rate. Lets say this is a 16-bit processor with an 8-bit bus width (Older desktop processors)
Processor 2 runs at 600MHz but does 4 operations per cycle, a large L1 Cache, and an extremely low cache miss rate. This is a 32-bit processor with a 16-bit bus width (Older server processors)
Processor 2 will be more than TWICE as fast in actual performance. Don't go by the GHz / MHz readings alone.
1000MHz makes 1GHz 2500MHz makes 2.5GHz
Yes, as 800 MHz is faster than 2GHz, the soft ware will run fine. 1000MHz=1GHz. Any program that requires a certain CPU speed will always run on one of a higher speed
3110c 's processor is an arm9 risc 32-bit processor with jazelle tech. reportedly clocked at 237 mhz. pretty fast for a series 40 phone eh?
Bits is not a unit of processor speed, where GHz is. A bit is a measure for file sizes and capacities. The two cannot be converted into each other.
1000Mhz is equivalent to 1Ghz. Therefore 100Mhz is equivilent to 0.1Ghz
if you mean 1 gigahertz (GHz) equal to in Megabytes (Mb); then the answer is none; they are two different things!
depends on the type of processor and the mhz speed of the ram but this sounds like a decent PC
The speed can be determined in various ways. The clock speed of the processor, the speed of the hard drive, the speed of the bus carrying information from the processor to the memory and the speed of the memory. dual or quad core processors running at more than 2.5 Ghz is fast a hard drive that has a spindle speed of 7500 to 10,000 RPMs is fast 1066 or 2000 Mhz of front side bus is fast 800 Mhz or more memory speed is fast
600 MHz or 800 MHz
The CPU used in a Samsung Galaxy Fit is a Qualcomm 600 MHz MSM 7227-1
1066 MHz, 800 MHz, 533 MHz, and 400 MHz
The wildfire S does have a better processor (600 MHz vs 528MHz), so it doesn't lag as bad. But the wildfire S isn't very fast compared to faster phones like the HTC sensation XE either.
