sea turtles don't "swim" they float on under water currents. they have orifices that act as propulsion systems on the backs of their flippers. the laws of aerodynamics apply in the water as well as above it, so their shells aid them in attaining maximum speed. the dept of the navy has picked up sea turtles propelling themselves as fast as 220mph.

Well, it depends. If it is a sea turtle then the turtle because sea turtles are fast in water and a bite from one can REALLY hurt. But if it is just a regular turtle like a pet one then probably not. But if you saw a beaver at its log and you mess with it , circumstances proven you will probably get bit, but mostly territorial reasons
