Your body fat can't always be measured by a tape measure. People are different with different bone structures, etc. Someone, for instance can have a ribcage that is really large and add 5 inches to the total in comparison to others of the same height, etc! 1) A test done while you are submerged in water. This is rare but the most accurate.
2) A test done with little plier type tools that measure your "pinch" in different places in your body.
3) A pressure sensitive digital reader that gathers the information of your body's density and gives you a fat %.
