I send my online fax as follows:
Via my own email inbox: I type (the faxnumber)@(service provider) to send fax from my email account
Via my online account (at my service provider) : I fill in the fax number, the name of the recipient, the resolution of the fax, I add a frontpage with my logo and I send it.
The great thing is that I can send fax anywhere anytime;

Fax works by scanning a piece of paper, and converting that paper into a "noise" that is transmitted over a phone line.
That "noise" is then decoded by another fax machine, that then converts that information over to a printed image on paper.

A: Yes, you can if you have a fax software installed in your PC or a when you subscribe for internet fax service. B: That is right, you can fax from your PC with a fax software or using some online fax service. However, I prefer to using a fax software, since it is more safe. Using traditional fax machine, you have to send it again ang dial the number again. Using internet fax is just easy and forwarding emails, because fax works in internet just like an email system.
You can easily broadcast fax documents using internet fax service. By just including the email address or the email fax number of your fax recipient into the carbon copy(cc) section of your email, you can automatically send a single fax to different group or individual.
In general, you don't.Some fax machines can be connected to a computer the same way that a printer is and told to fax the output instead of printing it locally. Exactly how that works depends on the particular type of fax you have; if you have a fax machine that you think has this capability, go to the manufacturer's website and look for instructions (and software, and drivers) on how to do so.

Send a fax with ease or scan and print professional-quality color
Typically no. Most Internet fax services focus on fax-to-email, email-to-fax, and web-fax. They don't support existing fax machines, but instead support stand-alone scanners (i.e. use the scanner's software to scan a document to your desktop and then fax it from there using your email client or the provider's website). I know of two companies that support those methods as well, but also support your existing fax machine. it is done using a small device called an Internet Fax Adapter. It connects between your fax machine and your LAN. You no longer need a phone line, and everything you fax get archived in your online account, but your fax machine otherwise works as it always has.
