Well, first check the flasher relay, its in the fuse box inside the car up around the brake pedal. Put a new one in, and see if it works. Even if a bulb is burnt, the flasher will work, but flash faster to tell you that a bulb is burnt. If you have no flashers at all, could be the relay, or at worst, the stick on the column. Hopefully not that.

The turn signals are not fused front and/or rear. If the rear are not working you need to check for power and grounds for the lights.
