It depends what hub you have. usually it will start to work again if you press the restart button, usually found on the back of your hub. if this doesn't work check with your landline to see if that's down too. if it is, you will get your connection back within a few days. if on your hub it says that its fine, check that the internet wire is in your computer firmly. if you have wireless, ring up BT or whoever you are with. they will go into more details. =] hope i helped! vamponular
