Just whenever you feel that you need to bath them. Like when they get dirty or smelly. Make sure that in the summer you take them to a dog grooming place so that they can cut their fur for them and give them a bath.
I think 2-6 weeks; that's what I've heard.

Yorkies don't shed because they have similar fur to human hair. So you can wash a yorkie as much times as your hair ;)
A lot of skin conditions leave odors that mean there is a problem. Take the dog to see a vet to make sure there is no skin disorder.
I have two Yorkshire terriers and i bath them once a mouth because of there oils your only supposed to be bathing them every now and then. If you are not shore ask your vet that si what i did.
Maybe you're bathing it too often; try to not bathe it as often and see if that helps.

You don't need to bathe your snake. You DO need to provide a shallow container with about 1" of water in it for your snake to bathe itself.
This depends entirely on how dirty the person is, and doesn't really have anything to do with age. A person should bathe at least every other day. If they are very active and sweaty, then they should bathe at least daily.
If you have a roommate that won't bathe, you should consider addressing it with him/her face to face. Unfortunately, you cannot make someone bathe if they refuse to do so.
